Home Restoration Services Process
After signing an initial consent form, we will begin the process whether that is performing an emergency service such as covering a damaged roof to prevent further damage or acting as your agent with your insurance company. We send an in-house estimator using industry standard software to establish an estimated cost.
Restoration and cleanup will begin within three days and is frequently completed within 10 depending, of course, on the extent of damage. In addition to obtaining all necessary permits, we collaborate with architects, engineers and interior designers to ensure superior restorations. We are fully insured, licensed and certified including certification as an aging in place specialist, and we stand behind our work with pride. The disaster is over. Let us erase the physical reminders so you can relax in the home you love.
Insurance and Home Restoration
Request an emergency work authorization
The signature of the policy holder is required to begin the restoration process. The Emergency Work Authorization gives us your written permission to contact your insurance company on your behalf.
Preliminary home inspection
Our in-house estimator enters your room dimensions into our software, giving us an estimated cost for the restoration of your home. We use the estimating software most claims adjusters use in the United States.
Communicating with your insurance claims adjuster
Our staff includes a state of Arkansas licensed adjuster with 25 years of experience ready to assist home owners, agents, insurance companies and adjusters.
